The National Construction Code is now easily available in online and downloadable.
If any constructor is wished to get it free online, the copy they need to register on the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) website. If you are previously a subscriber to the NCC, you will still require registering.
The NCC provides the minimum requirements for security, health, amenity and sustainability in the design and construction of new buildings (and new building work in existing buildings) throughout the nation.
The NCC was developed to incorporate all on-site construction requirements into a single code, covers the Building Code and Plumbing Code of Australia and is managed by the ABCB.
NCC 2015 will only be obtainable online and the ABCB will no longer create hard copy versions of the code.
